HIFRS
Attended:  1-day Emergency First Aid Course - Nov 08

Stuart Maclennan:  I attended a one day emergency first aid course in Nov 08. The course I found very enjoyable and very well presented by James and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Tim Kirk:  The Emergency First Aid course I attended today was excellent in every regard. The balance between theory and practical sessions was well judged. It was clear that this course had been tailored to suit the attendees (firefighters). The instructor's knowledge of the specific areas of emergency care we could face allowed him to focus on the relevant topics. This meant that all attendees could relate directly to both the lectures and practical sessions. The instructor was friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about emergency first aid. This enthusiasm came across well and helped make, what could have been a dry topic, very interesting. I would have no hesitation in recommending this course.

The support material and the scenarios worked well and the course felt thoroughly professional throughout.

Ed Grindley - Professional Mountain Guide:  The best first aid course I've attended (in 30 years). It always helps when you feel that the instructor knows what he is talking about and has done it in practice.
