SM Martin Butcher (Ops B District):  Well presented.  Especially appropriate in that specific subjects covered, eg, helmet removal, were aimed at fire fighters.  Also liked that the theory was interspersed by plenty of practical work along the way.

The tailored aspect of this course made it one of the best courses I have been on for a long time with the HIFRS  Excellent.
The tutor had a clam manner.  The practical side of the course was very enjoyable and I learned a lot from it.  Thank you.
